Ah... There's a good college football game on. I mean a modern day spanking. LoL!

Boise St. and Utah St. kinda of a joke really. 52-21 Boise. And thanks for the props on my forum!

I am superposting on my forum. :O What're you up to (if you're even still here; it's been forever since you posted that)? xD

Just looking at some of my old posts on here. Happy Memories. 🙂

I should start posting to my forum but I am lazy. It's good, I haven't opened it yet. 😛

I'm kinda upset that nobody saw me pwn dotDavid a few pages back, lol. xD Oh well. 😛 Hey everybody, how are things?

I don't think so:

Actually, the normal to function y = f(x) at the point (x1,y1) is the straight line that passes through the point making a 90º angle with the graph. 😛
Wrong. The normal makes a 90º angle with the tangent to a graph at a particular point.

You have just re-worded what I wrote.

Nope, you said it makes a 90º angle to the graph, which it doesn't. It makes a 90º angle with the tangent to the graph. xD

For example, what if you're looking at a parabola, where each point of the graph has a different gradient. If you put a normal to a point on there, it won't necessarily make a 90º angle. However, if you put a tangent to the curve at a point (a straight line), then put in the normal at the same point, then the normal makes a 90º angle with the tangent.

Just sayin'.

Lol, misinterpretation. Graph as in the curve, but anyway, thanks for spotting it.

So, what time do you intend on sleeping? Its like 1 am, eh?
