Let's say her name is Jenna. You arrange to meet her or bump into her.
''Hey Jenna, fancy going for a milkshake afterschool[or later on]'' then get her phone number.
That night phone her and arrange something for tomorrow.
Then as tomorrow passes at the end of the night text her saying you really like her a lot. It has worked with me although I never took them for a milkshake it was more like wanna go grab some coffee as I knew her favourite drink was coffee.
