but the main reason is that new members can't register normally on it and i don;t know how to fix it. also phpbb hasn't replied to my support thread made on friday...

Maybe change then. Mybb is amazing but i think phpbb is good too so thats why i said not to change but if the phpbb team is not helping you then its a good idea to change.

Your ticket is new, so it will not be answered. They answer older posts (second page, third page) before they do the new ones, as the other people are waiting longer.
