Even though my nosebleeds cleared kind of up, how can I get rid of the excess blood still in my nose? Should I take a shower or put an ice pack on it somewhere?

Well there should be a clot of blood in there which is usually not the most pleasant thing, i'd wait until tomorrow to blow your nose or it might bleed again. You'll be fine though mate, just a nose bleed.

I just hope whatever I do, I don't see blood from time to time in my nose whenever I come out of the shower, wash my face, or swim or anything for that matter.
