I have a bad illness as well, and it sort of makes me feel like I'm heart attacking... so I can sort of relate, though not really. ):

What does CB stand for?

I don't understand an abbreviation word.

If I were rich I wouldn't go all fancy, I'm not a fancy person by far LOL. I'd at least like to be comfortable and not ever have to live paycheck to paycheck but won't happen lol.
 
Oh checking in. Just reading about while holding my 3 month old baby girl. Waiting for her nap time so I can grab a shower and work on somethings.

I know what you mean by feeling tired. I have a condition called dysautonomia (POTS). It makes me feel run down all of the time because my heart rate stays as if I were running constantly ):
