Yes, I am a Rays fan. The Rays create talent. Teams like the Yankees and Red Sox buy talent. For example, the Red Sox signed Carl Crawford to a huge contract. The Rays are the ones who turned him into a big name player. The Rays would be the best team in the MLB if they had the money that these top-teams have (Red Sox, Yankees, Phillies, etc.) All three of those teams spend fortunes on signing players who have already proven themselves in the big leagues. Teams like the Rays start from scratch, they sign players out of college, turn them into big names, keep them for a few years, and then end up losing those players because they can not compete with contracts being offered by the teams with money. Anyways, rant over. 😛

Well thats half true, the yankees buy players... The red sox have a lot of talent they made themselves like Daniel bard, Kevin Youkilis, Dustin Pedroia, Jacoby Ellsbury and many others. And if the rays had the money they would buy more players as well, lol.
