Over the last couple of days I have found out that posting on the mybb support forum with an ad in my sig is a better way to get traffic and new members than posting on promotion forums :/ lolcool.

Yeah I have had at the very least 5 new members from mybb.com since yesterday, all of which have posted on the forums naturally rather than from an exchange.

When you own an admin forum, it looks like posting on forum software support forums is one of the best ways to reach forum admins... I don't know why I didnt think of it before LOL

Well thats half true, the yankees buy players... The red sox have a lot of talent they made themselves like Daniel bard, Kevin Youkilis, Dustin Pedroia, Jacoby Ellsbury and many others. And if the rays had the money they would buy more players as well, lol.

But the Rays don't have money. I'd rather be a fan of a team that creates skill compared to a team that buys skill any day anyways. 😉

Dustin Pedroia is a bad example, he is always injured. Jacoby Ellsbury was originally drafted by the Rays, but the Rays couldn't give him the money he wanted, so they never agreed to a contract and he ended up with the Red Sox, so he is a horrible example. Kevin Youkilis is the only good example you presented but the fact is that he hit a home run in his very first game with the Red Sox, against a pitcher who had won the Cy Young award just a few years before hand. So, he was already good before the Red Sox even brought him into their farm system.

Yes, but the main ones you mentioned weren't even good examples. Dustin Pedroia has just not been that great ever since he was featured on MLB 09 The Show. I am starting to think that the game is cursed, as there have been a lot of players who would later ended up being on the disabled list for a few months because a pretty bad injury or have just not been that good after being featured on the game. 😛

SMF has some mods that should be default, I had to install a mod that gives people coloured usernames! That definetly should be default.
