I think that's like a category or a sub category, isn't it? Because you have the name, and then you have forums and subforums underneath that. So I'm guessing it's like a sub category or something? Because I know that with starting a forum in general, you would have to add the category first, and then you'd have to do the forum names under that.
Now I have a question of my own: Was listening to He Mele No Lilo on YouTube just now, and there's this one speaking part at the end:
