If you were born exactly on 12:00 midnight on December 31st – January 1st, which year would you say you were born in?
 
If an ambulance is on its way to save someone, and it runs someone over, does it stop to help them?
 
Yes. The ambulance would call into dispatch stating they are unable to complete the original call, and informing the dispatcher they have been involved in an accident. Dispatch would send another unit to the original call.

They are legally required to stop, as is everyone. Failure to do so is a felony hit-and-run.
 
Well anyways, I don't personally know of any cross dressers, so I don't know why people would do it. 😀
