Yeah I'm trying to do that except I'll probably end up going out to play some cricket and football later and wreck it even more, I don't even know if I could kick the ball without it hurting it a lot, at least it's my left leg.

I suppose, I'll just be careful 😛 I have to be ready to bike for next Tuesday anyway. I go to a mountain biking club.
