First Impressions (Score:17/20):I must say that these is a really good chat forums for chatters. Now let's begin the review, When I first entered your forum, i noticed that your forum is too dark(-1) but i liked how smooth the colors are on your forum.The portal is organized well, it's not confusing to look at your portal plus all seems to be on good place, but it is more better if you place a 'news' widget on your column2(middle) widget than having the latest topic widget, you can place the latest topic widget on column 1 or 3. If you do that, guests will know more what's currently happening on your forum because the latest news is shown on the portal. Nothing more wrong about your portal, your portal looks clean by the way. Also, when i came up on your index, it looks too long(-1). Also, your forum looks inactive because some forums are having 0 posts(except the affiliate program)(-1), the widgets on your index are fine.
Categories & Forums (Score:5/10):Too way many category and Forums are in your index(-1), but its really understandable because your forum has a lot of chat related forums, the forum 'your suggestion' is located below, try having it connected to the 1st category, with this, you can save more space on your forum and members will find it easily. Also,you can try making the 'welcome and wishes' category to be the 2nd category, it will make it look proffessional and new members will find it more easily because it is where the introduction forum is found. These are the forums not having any posts(-2): Help desk, University talk, and other religions forum, i can suggest you to just make them a subforum of a certain forum for the meantime if none yet post there or you can post rules on that sections to have atleast 1 post there so it will not look inactive. Plus these are also forums not having much posts(-2): Banking finace, Investmesnt and stock market, Automobiles and Accesories, Radio, cinema,tv films and stage, Games help and feedback, health and fitness, School and colleges and Notes ebooks and tutorials forums, try making some forums a subforum of a certain forum or try removing and reducing some of your forums for the mean time while you have less active members, you just need to improve the activity of every forums on your index.

Forum Style
Banner & Navigation Bar (Score:8/10): Banner-The banner looks very cool on your forum, it also blends and partners with the colors on your forum, at the same time having sense with the forum. Liked it!(5/5)
Navigation Bar-The navigation bars(home,search,faq,groups etc.) are also good, very well theming with the colors on your forum and the pixelation is smooth, the only thing wrong there is i can barely read the texts/letters there(-1), it is hard to read for those having bad eyesight, the navigation bars(new topic and post reply) is also good, partners with the colors of your forum but i don't know what is the foggy black thing there(-1), just try removing the foggy black color on that navigation bars and that will look nice.(3/5)
Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score:9/10):The colors on your forum is pure black and gray, and its too much black way around(-1) but it looks nice with your forum, just have some other colors like dark blue than having to much pure black around that make it look dull. Anyway, nice work here.
Images & Icons (Score:10/10):All of the icons on the 'bookmark funstop' widget are all good, they're having the same and right sizes. No legend for new post, no new post and forum is locked icons. The 'who is online?' icons is also good and blends with the colors on your forum. No legend for topic icons but anway, nice work on your forum images.

Population & Groups
Staff Population (Score:8/10):There are 2 admins, nice amount for a fairly active forum to help you out in making decisions. 1 super moderators, 1 technicians and 4 moderators, there are too many moderators on your forum but not very active, try reducing your moderators for the meantime, if you had more members, then you can hire more, also i don't know why you have technician on your forum but there are admins, but the technician can be needed in times of trouble.
Staff Groups / User Groups (Score:7/10):Nice amount of usergroups on your forum which are admins, super mods, technicians, moderators and vip members. But you can hide the super mod group for the meantime so you can save more space because your forum is a little bit inactive , then you can show it up again when you have more active members. The colors of the group are also fine except the color of the administrator group which is having dark red, and it blends with the dark colors on your forum which make t hard to read, try having the pure red or anything you like and it will be more noticable.

Post/Member Ratio & Quantity (Score:7/10):In total, there are 2576 messages posted on your forum for 146 members is considered less, if i will estimate it with a hundred plus members of a forum, you should have atleast 4000 messages now on your forum. If i were to divide the posts on your forum to the members, each member will get 17 posts. The top poster is having 400 post, but nice work, just try to post on the categories having less posts and 0 posts.
Users Active (Score:7/10):According to the statistics, there are 23 users being most online, nice work there, but there is a big difference on the members being connected last 24 hours, i'd only counted 9 out of 146 members and thats bad, also, almost all of the staff members are not being connected. Just keep promoting your forum and send out weekly e-mail letters to the inacive members to get them back

I don't mind the theme too much. Probably because I like dark themes, but the theme COULD be better. It looks a little bland...seemingly no excitement for a place called "Funstop". The banner is pretty nice, especially the font. Though that could be better too in my opinion.
However, the person who reviewed your forum is right. WAY too many forums and categories for your current state. A good idea is to usually start out with forums that cover wide genres, then as those forums get more activity, break them down into more sub forums or entirely new forums.
However, your community actually has a pretty unique feel and even a somewhat unique concept to it. So I think it has quite a bit of potential to become a great forum...
