I find the skin of your forum quite annoying as it causes the forums to be pushed to the left hand side of the board which doesnt look right in my eyes.

You can submit to directories - http://www.addurl.nu/ these help your ranking in search engines and can attract members as well. Add your site to top sites like mine (check my signature) or search in Google for top-sites. You could just sign up for loads of forums add your link to your signature and profile and post a few times then you might get visitors and will get index more by search engines and get a higher ranking in them.
You really do need to change that skin! Also the little moving picture in the corner does'nt really look good there i don't think , you could move it into the middle and make it your logo or something.
You can't move your logo as it is centred unless you have the log in, membership buttons and so on on the same line as the logo. If you want you logo in the middle you have to pick a skin with the buttons underneath the logo like this skin on here. However i now think because of the changes it looks alright now where it is.
