The Product Forum, now PR2 - BIN $500

Regretably, I have to put http://www.theproductforum.com up for sale.

As some of you may know already I have a baby on the way and just don't have the time for two children! TPF has gone from strength to strength but recently as I have less time, I have been looking at other projects and ideas that are less time consuming. So for this reason, I am now going to put the forum up for sale.

It is less than 6 months old with nearly 11,000 posts and over 400 members. Even without serious promotion recently the forum has been getting around 80-100 UVs a day mainly from Search Engines.

We have had additional work done to the vBulletin forum also, adding a media library and other features which have proven popular.

Substantial SEO work has been done over the past few weeks which should allow the new owner to driver the forum forward and eventually monetise it (we have a premium membership which we gave away to a few members, which costs 99c a month)

You will own the domain, the forum, the vB license and the vBseo license (itself costing over $100)

I do ask that the new owner has a genuine interest in technology and consumer electronics as I would love to see the forum flourish in the future.

I have put around $1000 into the forum since it's inception and am willing to listen to offers, so please reply with any questions you may have or PM if you wish.

No problem. Here is the screen shot from Google Analytics for the last 30 days.

I have made small revenue in the past from adsense and other affiliate programs but nothing substantial. I had plans to expand the premium membership in the future.

I didn't say you had to beat $1000, I said I am open to offers. Make one if you want to. I have recieved 3 so far from other sites.

I have always been quite friendly and polite with members on this forum however, your offer is slightly insulting. The vB license alone will fetch much more than this, not to mention the vBseo license or the domain.

Sorry - if you didn't guess already the answer is no.

I was thinking (rather hoping) it was a joke but it might be wrong , the forum is worth well over $150 (without the license) and I wish I had the cash too bid

Google panda has been generous.

With little revenue, you'll be lucky to get more then $xxx in my opinion. I recommend listing it on flippa as you'll get serious buyers with more cash than they can carry.
