I hate lists without info about the sites so I'm adding info. PLEASE edit the first post and add this info.
Format: Site Name - Alexa Rank - Relevant info
Admin Network - no alexa as it's free hosting - 53 members, little or no activity.
Advertise4Free - over 5 million - Site Down, should remove.
Advertise Forums - 419,397 - 102 members - I was the only person online, very quiet.
Adverts Hub - 56,723 - has merged with SiteFrost.com and is very active and worth a look.
ForuMansion - 474,789 - 612 members, fairly active, not to bad.
Forum Services - 784,564 - only 30 members, very quiet. Should be removed as you have a rule of 50 members
Free Advertising - no alexa as it's free host - 415 members but very quiet. only 3 members online in 24 hours.
Free Advertising Classified Ads - 28,099 - loads of members and very active forum.
Freee Advertising - 1,612,752 - over 1,000 member but only 18 online in last 24 hours.
Free To Advertise - 124,105 - 6,500 members. Pretty active.
Free to Advertise - no alexa as it's free hosting - 2000 members but only 12 online in last 24 hours. Quiet.
ForAdvertise - no alexa as it's free hosting - 90 members. Very, very quite.
Link Typhoon - 761,291 - site currently down but doesn't seam to be long down. May need to be rechecked in a few days.
Promotion Source -569,865 - 155 members but seams fairly active.
Super Promotion - no alexa as it's free hosting - Board offline and seams to have being offline a while. Should Remove,
The Web Tower - 286,636 - 128 members but get's a lot of hits due to all it's buttons and link exchanges.
Ultimate Adverts -508,800 (dropping fast) - only 3 posts made in the last 4 days. May have being popular before but very quiet now.
Ultra Advertising - 56,723 - has merged with SiteFrost.com and is very active and worth a look.
Webmaster Groove - 1,570,133 - 277 active members but overall pretty quiet.
Your Ad Promotion - 877,006 - 142 members but only 22 online in last 48 hours.
Your Traffic Talk - 165,912 (but yesterday was 62,127) - 319 members but amazingly 235 online at time of visit. Must be growing really fast.

Thanks for the information, although i will not add it to the list as no-one will update it, which means members will complain when their forum stats aren't updated. Also your information was wrong too.
Ill go through and check the dead links now though.
All dead, broken, closed etc. links have now been removed.

Unfortunately only devoted Advertising/Promotion Forums can be added to this list, although maybe one day it might be worth extending the list to Webmaster forums as well, as they offer similar things. If we do your site will be added to the list, but currently it doesn't qualify,
