Honestly, I think it looks really bad having 'Mods, Admins' as every forum Moderator. I can understand Mods sometimes, but it'd seems like you'd know that Admins automatically Moderate the entire forum, and why is there a Black Panther #2?

You should send him a PM requesting to change his name. Also, you are a small forum, I don't see why you need so many staff members.

1) It is freeforums so phpBB3 is going to be crap anway
2) Sign up for a test forum on phpBB and see what it like then if you prefer phpBB3 then you can upgrade and if yo prefer phpBB2 don't upgrade.... Simple.
