First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I wasn't blown away but I liked your forum right from the beginning because it had a very simple yet professional theme to the style. I haven't seen this style on many forums, the logo is pretty cool but I do think it can be better. Just skimming through pages to judge the style, I have to say, it is a very neat style. I love how the menu bar has different set of icons rather than the default ones. Most grey/white themes are either too dull or just doesn't have any interesting facts about them,your style however, although grey/white, doesn't bring any dullness. I really liked the glow effect, it's very nice.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
You have your forums/categories the exact I'd expect any other forums to have them; Site forums, niche forums and then the general forums. However, being that your forum is almost a year old, you should have more niche forums than general discussion forums. I would highly suggest you move "Serious Stuff is Serious" under General Discussion as a child forum.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
You currently have 10k+ posts, while the stat alone isn't bad; however when your opening date is taken into consideration, it's not the best. While doing this review, there were 3 members online and 9 guests, again it's good but not best considering your opening date. Most of your threads and posts have a numerous amount of replies, I was very impressed by that.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You have 2 admins and 2 moderators, I suggest you increase your number of moderators as new moderators will not only help boast forum activity but also promote it in new places. Having 2 admins is understandable however the ratio to the number of moderators is off. You should always have either 1:2 or 2:1 ratio in admin:mod depending on your forum.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Reading your forum descriptions, they gave me a clear idea about the forums. You're spelling and grammar are perfect, I haven't caught any mistakes while going through your forum threads and posts. None of the forum's descriptions in "The Shoopda Websites" having a "." at the end, you might just want to add them.
