Also known as Bionic Man, this tv series made Lee Majors a certified star in his own right. The Six Million Dollar Man is an android that was made from a man named Steve Austin who was an austronaut that figured in an accident. His destroyed body parts were recreated using robotic technology which gave Austin the strength from his bionic makeup. They said that Farrah Fawcett was smitten by the character of Lee Majors.
