Ok, so I watched The Strangers again tonight, creepy as, uh, creepy.

Well, I noticed something because I never saw the beginning, the boys on their bicycles who are missionaries or whatever.

I never got at the end why they asked for a brochure and said "It'll be easier next time"

Then who was the 911 caller at the beginning of the movie, if they are all dead? (sorry if I ruin the movie for those who want to see it)

Symbolism in movies really interests me and I have been really trying to figure out what the end means.

Well I was kinda hoping they'd make a second. I was left with the same questions after watching it!

I’ve only seen this movie once and it was when it first came out in theaters, so I could be off with my answers. Either way, I believe at the end they say “It’ll be easier next time” because they have the brochures and they can just act like they’re trying to recruit people. People are more likely to open their doors to people that have something to offer them or sell them. At least, that’s what I think they meant.

As for the 911 call, it was made by one of the people before they died if I remember correctly. I forget which one because, like I said, it’s been a long time since I’ve seen the movie.

Oh, and it’s already rumored that there will be a “The Strangers: Part 2” coming out next year if they decide to go through with it.
