I have added a few new people to my staff team on my site but they aren't being added to "The Team" Page... I didn't know if this was my fault in this issue or not.

Actually I figured it out... But is there a way to change the "based on users active over the past 5 minutes" to be 15 minutes?

You would probably have to request a mod. You can request either here or here at The phpBB Community MOD Requests Forums.

Log in to your admin control panel.

In the main tab under "SERVER CONFIGURATION" < "Load settings" < "View online time span:".

You'll find the 5 minutes which you can change to 15.
