I like it 🙂 the background looks good, but I think you need a new banner. I don't really like the current one. I also think that some more content would be good. Maybe you should try doing some more exchanges and buying more packages.

I done a lot of post exchanges and a posting package so I'll have to wait for 2 weeks not before I can do it again, around 8 days left before I can request again.

The theme's not bad, but the forum bits (where the forum name/description, last posts, etc.) would work better with a solid background, not the outside one. Actually, the logo's very good, but shadowing it would make it look even nicer and stand out more. All the theme needs is a hint of more colour, that's all.
You should also consider jazzing up the forum names and descriptions. I won't tell you what to do here, since it's straightforward, but there are better ways to say "Sports."

I agree with el canadiano to some level. The stripes on the forum are annoying, it would be better if the forum were a solid color only. The forum descriptions do need some "zazz." The banner doesn't match your color scheme and doesn't look all that great, I suggest getting a new one. Also, you have way too many forums! You only have 390 posts but you have 24 sections. That would only work if you had at least 100,000 posts, I suggest combining most of them. (I would say around 12 sections maximum considering the amount of posts you have)
Other than that, it looks like you are dedicated to this board!

Thanks for all your reviews, I will be thinking about getting rid of a few forums/section and joining 1 or 2 together. Hopefully this will make the forums more active.

This one's alright, I guess. It's just the category font colour doesn't go well with the background.
I like the new theme, though I don't know how a snowy theme is related to technology in any way. But I still think there are too many sections. For example, there should be only one off-topic section. Your forum is a tech forum not a general discussion forum. 😉
I don't really think Apple deserves its own category, which kind of gives off the message that you're an Apple fanboy or something. All of the Apple sections should be merged into one.
Remember, you want your forum to be as scrollable as possible. If you really don't want to merge them, at least make sub forums for them. :great:

You can just put the Sports Discussion as a subforum of Chat. That would work better.
