Pros:
I see you've chosen MyBB as your software, I'm really pleased you decided to do with it due to the fact that it's easy to modify and at the same time it has really nice looking features, however, there are a few errors to do with design that I'll talking more about in the 'Cons' section
😉 I like your banner, it's a fun, yet, simple design that's appealing to the eyes as well as blending with the forum. It maybe could to with a bit of livening up though! Your member to ratio stat is good and means that your members are coming back. If you want to compete with your rivals though you'll need to keep on advertising and getting more members. I also find the little notice at the top that thanks the members for reaching your milestone very nice and makes your forum feel like a kind, sincere place. I really, really like that

Cons:
OK, now this is the bad bit. Your forum is very dull. It's all black and white with hints of red. Imagine eating a meal that's just black and white... it would get boring wouldn't it? It's the same situation with your forum, a new template would do WONDERS to the forum and make it look like a much brighter place. Right now, people will be coming to your forum and going oh. Instead, you want them to come in going WOW. At the moment, your forum just doesn't have the wow factor.
OK, so now we've got that out of the way I'm going to show you the easiest way to getting your forum looking brighter and more inviting

STEP 2: New icons! I love seeing forums with fresh looking buttons. I recommend the best place to get them is right here at fp: viewforum.php?f=83
Following these simple steps will make your forum have the fresher touch that it needs. people will be
coming and
staying. Another note is why is your forum a tech forum and called junaid-K? maybe a new domain is in order too?
Final/General Thoughts: I like your site but it's looking very dull.
