Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
One of the first things I notice about your site is that you haven't got any type of logo, banner, etc. In my opinion, it's necessary to have some kind of logo or banner to stand out from other forums. Members need something with which to associate your site. Other than the background, the rest of your site's theme is fairly nondescript. While the theme seems to be a browser window on a Macintosh computer, it still doesn't look very much like a technology forum. The background makes me think it's some sort of nature forum. I think that you should choose a theme that is more unique and fitting for your site. The current one just doesn't have anything that sets your site apart from other sites, and it doesn't really seem to suit the site very well.
Your site's activity looks pretty good at a glance. You haven't got any empty forums, and your statistics aren't incredibly low.
Overall, my first impression was fairly neutral.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your layout isn't horrible, but it could be improved. I think that your layout should put more emphasis on the technology section. Right now, your layout doesn't particularly emphasize the technology section. This can be fixed fairly easily, though. Firstly, I would recommend deleting the redirect you have in the "Everything Else" category to the arcade. There is already a link to the arcade at the bottom, so it is redundant to have a redirect forum to it. Secondly, I would recommend removing "The Shop" if possible. It seems unnecessary to have a forum for only one thread. Maybe you could have the thread as an announcement or sticky in your news forum. For your technology section, I would recommend making a separate forum for discussion of gadgets. Gadgets and gaming don't always go together; for example, an iPhone has very little to do with gaming. I think that these suggestions will improve your forum's layout.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
According to my calculations, your forum has just over twenty posts per day, and you've got about twenty-five posts for each of your forty-two members. Your forum isn't dead, but there is still plenty of room for improvement. You should start by addressing some of the other sections of this review. Then, once you have everything sorted, you should begin advertising your forum on every forum that has anything to do with technology. This covers a wide variety of forums--computer forums, gadget forums, gaming forums, etc., etc. Promotion forums may also be valuable; in addition to services, you can find many tricks to promote your forum via promotion forums.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You are currently the only staff member. That's okay for now, but be prepared to hire more staff members if the need arises. You are active, and you do a good job of creating content. However, some users don't get welcomed to the forum. You should make sure that every user is welcomed by at least one person; it makes that person more likely to stay on the forum.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your descriptions are short, bland, and pretty boring. I think that you need to rewrite them to make your forum sound interesting. You don't want users to think that your forum is boring, so your descriptions should reflect the amount of enjoyment you want your users to get from your forum. You also need to make sure that descriptions are sentences (you've hardly got any full stops). Since I want you to rewrite your descriptions, I'm not going to bother to comment on the grammar. However, I think that the "Improvement and Suggestion" forum should be renamed to "Problems & Feedback" or something similar. It seems to work better. Also, I think that your "General" category should be renamed to something along the lines of "Headquarters." The forums under that category are more official than general.
