Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your forum's theme is really nice! I really like the color scheme. It's simple, but it still looks really nice. One thing you might consider is adding some kind of neat background image. There's a lot of space that's simply empty. If you're not going to add a background image, then I would recommend decreasing the size of the margins to get rid of that empty feel. However, other than that, your theme looks great.
Your forum also looks pretty active at a glance. Your amount of posts and members is decent. You also don't have any empty forums.
Overall, my first impression of your forum was great.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your index is very concise and organized. You have a
very minimalistic theme that still covers everything. However, I would recommend combining your "Television" and "Film" categories into one "Television and Film" category. I think it's odd to have a category with two forums, so I think it would be a good idea just to combine those categories. One other suggestion I have for you is to move "Site Stuff" to the top of the forum. Members should always see news as soon as they access the forum. It would also make your forum seem more welcoming since the area to welcome users would be at the top. As your forum grows, you may consider putting sub-forums under your "TV Show Discussion" forum for each genre (e.g. drama, comedy). For now, though, I don't really think that's necessary. Overall, your layout is good.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
According to my calculations, your forum is currently receiving less than ten posts per day, and you've only got eleven posts for each of your 122 members. You could really use some improvement here. You need to make sure that you're advertising all over the place since your forum has a pretty universal focus. You can advertise on forums for specific TV shows, other TV forums, and even on general discussion forums. If you post around on other forums and advertise your forum in your signature, then you may attract some attention provided that you make constructive posts. You can also search FP for some tips regarding promotion and search engine optimization.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
As far as I can tell, you have two staff members. There isn't any problem with that since your forum isn't really active enough to require additional staff members yet. Be prepared to hire additional staff members if your forum experiences unprecedented growth, though. Looking at your profiles, you aren't making a lot of posts each day. You should be adding content for users to discuss so that you can get more posts. You need to be more active.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Approximately half of your descriptions are good. The rest are really short. Each description should be at least one or two
meaty sentences. They should describe the forums thoroughly, sell them, and make it appear that you've put a lot of effort into your forum. See what you can do about the descriptions that aren't up to par.

Strong Points: Your forum has a great theme and layout.
