Any one watch this show?
I really got into this shows a few moths ago and watched both seasons.

Has anyone heard anything about whats going to happen in the next season?
 
enjoy the show, cause it gets good and pretty intense towards the end of season 2
 
Ehhh, I couldn't get into it. I'm not patient enough to wait a few seasons, I guess. 😛
 
Season 3 starts around the fall season, i heard around Halloween, so you can catch up with the show by then and get into it.

You should give it a chance, its pretty good.

it gets better as it goes along,

the only thing thats been bugging me is how the infection started in the first place,

i dont have any other questions that the show has not answered

Who are some of your favourite characters, anyone?
 
rick is my favorite character, especially at the end of season 2 when he pretty much laid down the law, its not a democracy its a dictatorship, something like that
 
Rick has always been a favourite of mine too 🙂 I definitely prefer him over Shane as a leader, but Shane was a pretty interesting character. Glen and Daryl are awesome as well =D
 
daryl was cool cause he was pretty much laid back and carried a gun with him in his hands everywhere,
shane was actually a good leader because he was able to make tough decisions for the good of the majority, but once rick came back, there was a silent power struggle until events spiraled out of control
 
Nah, I think a lot of the decisions Shane made were driven by emotion/anger and greed.

i dont think they were early on before rick showed up, he ttried to keep everyone together and safe, he had the mentality that if you go out you are on your own cause you know the risks and we cant send people to go after you whereas rick is the opposite, he will go after lost people
 
I have a feeling we'll see Merle again, unfortunately xD

I agree that Shane was doing just fine before Rick showed up, but that was the problem. He was with the woman who he always had feelings for, taking care of Carl and was basically the leader of the group. When Rick showed up, he took all of that away - Lori broke off the relationship with Shane, Carl had his father back and the group now looked to Rick.

That pissed him off and from there on out you could clearly see him going crazy xD Which lead to decisions fuelled by anger, jealousy, and selfish reasons.

Talking about all of this makes me want to go and rewatch all of it before the third season xD
 
@Kik - well said, that sums up Shane's character very well, and yes i also want to re-watch the show, we have till october to finish watching both seasons
 
I watched all episodes of both seasons just in time for season 3 (tomorrow).
So far, so good.
