Pros:
Very unique idea. I like it. It reminds me of a pixel site. Either way, it looks really cool. Good job on that.
Submitting a site is very easy. In fact I just did it and it took less than a minute.
The clouds are awesome. They make your site look very professional. Everything is well placed and it is hard to find anything wrong with it.
I like how it shows the pending sites. Since there are only 2 it ensures me that you are doing your job and you are around to accept sites. Looks good! (see cons)
My site just got added as well! That was very quick, which is a good thing.
Cons:
Your banner is a little faint. You should make the text a little less faint so it is easier to read.
With the pending sites there is just one problem. Once you get tons of submissions it is going to look bad if viewers can see that there are like 50 pending sites. Also, how long do the mini banners stay up for?
The favicon (icon in address bar) doesn't match your site's color scheme. I recommend changing that. Maybe change it to a mini cloud with TWT in it or something.
Final/General Thoughts:
Site looks really good. I like the idea of it and once it gets a lot of viewers it will probably get some sites some views. It reminds me of the 1 million dollar home page idea.. Look it up on google, it was really successful.

It looked very professional. The layout of it was really good. I liked that a lot.

Disliked the favicon you have because it doesn't really match the color scheme of your website.
