First Impressions & Appearance
When I first visited your forum, my first impression was very good. You have a nice blue theme. Your banner matches the theme well, but it is very small. It doesn’t even take up half of the space available. I think you should work on getting a bigger banner. If you have other plans for the rest of the space, you should work on filling it up. Also, I see you don’t have a favicon. This is something that you should work on getting. It could be WUF or WU, it’s simple and it’s your forums initials I like your board icons, they match your theme well and appear to be custom made. But you still have the default for the topic icons! The default are very boring and plain. You should work on getting topic icons that are similar to your board icons.

Site Layout
I see you have 11 boards. This is a good number for the size of your forum, but there are still a few things that can be changed to look better. One thing I notice is you don’t have a board for feedback. This is something ever board should have. Members may need help or have a suggestion and will need a place to contact you and the staff. Nintendo General only has one topic. You should work on adding more. Also, there is a consoles board but not a handhelds. I think you should create a handhelds sub board for general Nintendo, then move Nintendo consoles to Nintendo general as a sub board. You could change the Nintendo discussion category to gaming discussion, then move general gaming there. Your forum only has one off topic board, I think it could use another. An entertainment board; for TV, movies, music, and other entertainment related stuff. You don’t have a board for Forum Games, all your games are mixed in with off topic. I think you could use a forum games board, many people (including myself) enjoy posting in those games. I would recommend switching post count off though to avoid spammy posts increasing post counts. Other than that, your layout is pretty good.

Statistics and Activity
You opened June 8th 2011, and since then you have managed to accumulate 387 posts and 34 members. You were closed for one month which means you have been open for a total of 3 weeks. This is not good at all. This gives you an average of about 15 posts per day. I see many boards have 3 topics or less. This does not look good, and would discourage many people such as myself from joining. You should make sure every board has at least 5 – 10 topics in them. If you are struggling to keep any particular board active, it should probably be a sub board. Most boards do have a post in them today or yesterday, which is good. It shows you haven’t given up completely. I recommend trying an active for active exchange with someone here at Forum Promotion, this will make it appear you have active members posting everyday. Overall, your activity is something that needs to improve.

Staff Moderation
From what I can see on your Forum Team page, you have 3 staff members, and an admin called admintest with 0 posts that registered today. I assume admintest is just you testing something, so I will not count it as a staff member. Just remember to demote it when you finish testing whatever it is. You have 137 posts as of now, which is about one third, which is very good. It shows you are dedicated. Captain only has 25 posts, which is not good. You should encourage him to post more. He has been online today though, which means he still visits which is good. Fox only has 26 posts, which should be much higher as well. You should encourage your staff to post more. Three staff members is a good amount for your forum, I wouldn’t recommend hiring another staff member anytime soon though.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
Your board descriptions are very short and boring. I don’t mean to sound mean, but almost every one of them starts with the word all. You should change them to make them longer and more detailed. I don’t see any spelling mistakes in them though, which is good. They just need to be longer and more detailed. You and your staff appear to be posting around with good grammar and professionalism which is good.
