Theme and Layout?

What do you think of the theme, layout, and features of

I don't like the logo text. In that case, white would be better than black. Some of your CSS effects are very good, but some stuff seems wrong-looking (that could just be because I'm on Ubuntu though at the moment) at the bottom. Either way, good luck though.

I'd keep the copyright issue. Don't want to risk getting attacked by the guys over at Game Freak. I don't really see this as much of an issue here, but FOX cracks down on Simpsons fansites all the time.
