Theme bug ?

Hey guys.
I am having this proble with 8e on my test forum.
I have uploaded all the files but the xml won't connect to the images
I don't know what to do , can someone help ?

What do you mean it won't connect? As in the images won't show?

It seems to me that you're just missing on.gif and the footer background.
