I don't mean to be harsh. However I will be blunt. Looks like it was made in the late 90's with some overuse of radius.

Definitely looks like it was made in the 90's.
Not premium quality.
Personally, I don't think anyone would use this theme.

Does not really suit my style. But then again it does not have to. I do not much care for the color combo of it. Looks too plain to me.
