Notes?: I will give you a default theme to go off of if you want it. It would be the one I have now. I want a static background, and some cool little eye-candy around the forum to make it unique. I know this is a huge order and I can't pay much, but I figured I'd try asking... let me know your price if you want to try.

Unfortunately, no. I don't need it all that custom, just something that looks, nice and somebody who actually knows their way around CSS.
