Theme that I am Coding [Deviantly Dark] WIP

Please give some feedback, don't just say ew.

I am assuming that used to be the original Zetaboards theme. Then it looks pretty good, it can use some work yes but it is looking good so far.
 
orc_dragoon, please try to be a little more constructive in your feedback.

To me, it just lookks a bit plain, I've never liked ZB much though.
 
I feel that my feedback has been constructive enough. Ew = Nastey, Unpleasing, gross, disgusting and sometimes it can contain the meaning hard to look at.

When you cook a dish and some kid says Ew, do you ask for more constructive feedback? Usually not, the next time you just try harder to make the dish more pleasing.
 
The difference is that the kid eating the dish probably doesn't know how to improve it; few kids are experienced in cooking. However, as someone who has seen a lot of forums, you can easily tell him how his theme can be improved. You should tell him specific things to improve. For example, his theme looks a bit plain. He should probably add a little more color to it because the overwhelming majority is gray. Maybe you could have even told him to change his color selection entirely.

Here's the bottom line: if you're not going to offer any specific feedback, then don't post your worthless "ew" reply. I'm getting sick of seeing worthless posts on all these threads. Frankly, if those are the only comments you can make, then I'd rather you just didn't post. I'm not just speaking to you, orc_dragoon, but to the other users who habitually make these sorts of replies.

Ibebak, I don't really care for the color choice. I think that you'd be better off going in a different direction with the theme.
 
I may suggest adding more orange into it, that'd be a good thing. 🙂
 
You know, a theme with a lot of emphasis on orange might be an interesting idea. Perhaps you could change the bright silver spots to orange and see how that looks.

But the black and white one(See above) is completed and now has been released at http://outlineforum.com

The other theme is a coding request by the owner of outline.
 
As orc said, ew. It looks like the default theme changed colors, nothing great.
