I'm just going to say a couple of things i think will help.

In the description on your post on here you should put a bit more, seeing that only will not make me want to join.

You should start some post on your forum to encourage posting on your forum, if people go on and see nothing to talk about (No topics) they will not join.

The skin is nice, and the logo looks ok.
