Pros: The forum styles is unique and not one I have seen before, so you have that going for you, also the actual genre of your forum is unique, but I feel you are restricting who will use you sit as non Turks like me would not join.
Cons: Right the theme while unique is not very appealing it is too narrow, the graphics are poor and the colours just don't look nice, first impressions are everything, especially for a new forum and having used phpBB for going on 10 years I still don't like side panels on a board index and the content you have on there is not really useful.
You only have 4 very generic forums, you really need to expand on these and guests are unlikely to join a forum with just 4 forums, look at other forums and see what they do that you don't, you need to really do a lot of research and get some content as you only have 7 posts that's 1 a day, as a new forum you need something like 50-60 new posts a day or more, you need to work on this a lot if not your forum is doomed to fail. Further more the forum descriptions are very basic, a good description is at least two sentences long not a few words.
Final/General Thoughts: Well you have a lot of work to do if you are to make this site successful, you need to think about what you want from you forum as the forums are too generic, you need to get a lot of posts done because users will not visit an empty site, look at getting post exchanges and posting packages done.
