There appears to be an error with the database, this is the error I am getting when clicking
"Start New Conversion" I downloaded, and installed the converter application.

Have you checked your database connection settings in your ACP? Perhaps your prefix has changed, or you had some mods installed before the conversion and the tables got mixed up. You'd have to manually check with phpMyAdmin or any other database management software.
