Just a couple of things I wanted to chat about.
1) The niche you chose is actually really great right now with the rise of electronic cigarettes. I have numerous amounts of friends who use them and are super passionate about that. I find that with most e-cigarette users, they get extremely into it and want all the mods and liquids. With a quick Google search (https://www.google.com/webhp?sourceid=c ... um&es_th=1) you can see that this is a popular topic with not too many other choices to go to. You have a good domain and can really get your page rank up with some good SEO tools if you try hard enough.
2) I like the left portion of your logo much more than the right. The text is bland and just sits there. The Vaping Forum crisscross e-cig logo is brilliant. Also, why did you capitalize "Passion For People" and lower case "who vape?" Keep everything uniform so that it looks professional.
3) Build up your content will be my last point here. Start filling your forums with all of your knowledge of your subject. I just wrote a blog post for here talking about passions behind running forums and how that is what fuels a successful forum. Put your heart and soul into it and start jam packing the bulk of your posts in the sections actually relating to vaping.
You're off to an excellent start my friend. Get the text on your logo redone and start posting.

A few things I wanted to mention about your site are listed below. Take my comments and suggestions with a grain of salt as this is your forum and all decisions are yours.
For starters, I love your forum niche. Electronic cigarettes are becoming more and more popular. The vaping type E-cigs are amongst the most popular type. I can honestly say this is the first Vaping forum I've seen advertised anywhere. That being said, your idea for the forum is creative and different and I applaud you for taking a chance with it.
The overall design is clean and professional which is appropriate for the type of forum you have constructed. The colors flow nicely, for the most part, and the graphics/icons match the forum niche. Nice Job. In regards to "the most part," the bottom footer of the forum seems off to me. The two grey colors clash with each other and I feel as though the text in that area is a little hard to read. Maybe you could make the light grey a bit lighter so that it doesn't blend so well into the background. In addition the hover color for the links in the footer is hard to read with the dark blue. I'd suggest you change that as well.
As far as content goes, you are still a relatively new forum. As the owner, or a staff member on any forum, you should aim to create new threads and add content on a daily basis. This will ensures that members and potential members will know that the staff are active. It will make them want to be more engaged in your forum. One suggestion I have relates to the Market. As you have no posts in that board, I'd suggest hiding it. Then, make an announcement that you allow people to Market their products. When you get enough people interested, then unhide the forum allowing people to use it for that purpose. It will just make the flow of your discussion board better.

I love the theme and the colour scheme of the forum. The logo is great too so well done on that. Your statistics for the forum are great too but I think a bit more activity is needed for certain sections as they are a bit empty
