You might could add a contest of some kind that relates to the niche` of your forum. Something that a sports fan would find fun.

What people are forgeting is my forum niche is a sports, Wrestling, Entertainment and general discussion niche. So i get stuck looking for ideas. i have Member of the month polls each i have sports pickems starting this one guy on my forum does wrestling shows. so im trying to get new ideas to attract
add more other sports like football or golf. So that others can talk about other sports to get the website to grow

If it's a wrestling forum, then you could add a virtual cash system.
Members can then bet on certain wrestlers to win a match on TV.
They can use VC for some great rewards.
