Appearance and Style - (Out of 20)
I have to give it too you as your banner was one off the best I have saw in a while, it is very creative and well thought out. I also like the crusty background for the banner because looks like water has spilled over it and relates to the name I think. The theme over all is very basic which I like but you should customize it as time goes on such as adding some lighter colour combinations. The favicon would be better on a transparent background as it would work better for Operah and any white background tabs. The style of the forum is thought out very well with the sub-menu's on the navigation bar.

Blog Layout and Categorization - (Out of 20)
As said above the style of the blogs layout is good with the sub-menu's and all that on the navigation bar. Categories are laid out pretty well such as genres. The categories are filled out pretty well but you could fill the Thriller up more and Action. The search bar could have been placed somewhere better like such as next too the news feed. Also the footer looks crushed and you should reduce that by removing sites none related content - Latest articles by Hortorian. You could probably place the Hey, welcome to Thirst for First section first and then the next two columns next to it and then you could have more space in your Cover Montage and you could either add more book covers or expand the image sizes.

Commenting Activity and Other Interactions - (Out of 20)
I saw that you didn't let the blog viewers make comments. Perhaps it would be better enabling this feature as this may turn users away from the blog as you could get a lot of members opinions instead of yours and your team. Also it would probably be good if members could be able to submit articles as your getting the daily viewer involved and perhaps they want to express their opinions but know they don't have blogs as big as yours. Also your Twitter design is good but you should pay members to follow you, pay virtual cash or some sort of awards.

Quality and Frequency of Posts - (Out of 20)
The post's you write are thought out very well. I read eight reviews and they were all to a great standard and most fiction blogs don't have the time or patience do write the posts you do to an extent. My favorite one I read was Artemis Fowl and the Atlantis Complex. Also it is good to see that you are using a mix of words as one paragraph will be full of jargon and the next will be full of just sentences. Also it is nice to see you have the time to write reviews like these and off course read these books that are hundreds of pages long.

Spelling/Grammar - (Out of 20)
Reading the eight reviews I never noticed many mistakes, such as this one: Can Holly get the real Artemis back before the robot probes destroy every human and life form. It should be a question mark(?) there. Also noticed that you spelled immediately wrong and also I don't believe that you should start a sentence with because as we were told in primary never to start a sentence with because, and, or but or we get discipline. That's just the way us Scotland-ers do it round here.
