This is a rare sitution (solved)

I ordered hosting @ hawk host twice now. And I and someone else are working on a project we stored, installed on his cPanel. Now his cPanel is about to expire so I ordered new hosting today for our project. I already have hosting for my C&C site, so this is the second acccount.

the problem now is that the account of my partner was already on hawk host so I am moving info from 1 account on the same host to a new account.

The domain is being a pain I can't update the name serves NS1.HAWKHOST.COM NS2.HAWKHOST.COM for the domain.

So I can only hope tomorrow everything is good. I moved everything edit the config.php file to update the database. So the domain is the only problem.

If tomorrow it is still the same, I'll ask for support on hawk host.
Edit: I just asked support for it.


Ever had the same problem like me ?

Can you define what you mean by "I can't update the name servers"?

Well the name servers are already pointed out to hawk host before I ordered new hosting today.

Park the domain master in the cpanle

Can't its the main domain, you see I am really stuck.

Error from park wrapper: You cannot park your main domain!

Were is the domain hosted. It can take up to 48 hour for it to set in

Yeah but the thing that is making me wonder if it will work is that the name servers of the domain are already pointed out correctly. Because I requested hosting at the same host.

I found out the problem I didn't upload the files in the exact root of Public_html but in a folder that is EACT in public-html.

So that was the only thing I did wrong! How stupid I can be sometimes<<
