I think EvanP is a package team member on The Hazey if I remember right. Anyways, I too would contact Rich about this because if he's scamming people, he shouldn't be allowed in the Swap Section or whatever this was done on.
Meh, it should be taboo to trust EvanP/Creative on any forum, or even in real life. Just glancing at his DP iTrader, it's clear that he cannot perform mature deals which have a positive outcome for both parties.
I would consider contacting the host for scamming legitimate users of host users, as I'm sure it's something hosts do not want on their servers.

Its about the site www.nerochat.com and Creative is teh owner, thus also the person who left me the messages in the quotes. No moderators involved.

If it wasn't a scam, I think someone would have said something more specific, like "this is what'll happen on Wednesday" or if it was a cash prize contest, "the winner will be announced on Wednesday and they will get the money in their PayPal account by Friday." and you would think that there would be a rule that if you didn't get your reward on time, or whatever, you would have a chat with the administrator about this and he should be able to calmly explain what's going on, or why you aren't getting your required funds on time.
I think you can pretty much assume you won't be getting paid, my advice would be to stay clear of the site in question and totally avoid any contact with him again.
I'm pretty sure Rich will already know EvanP/Creative's past history but he will see this and make a judgement for himself with regards to his own site and staff, I guess it's more a case of wait to see if he lets himself down or not?

The Hazey is the only big site Creative has left to promote his own projects, IF he ever would get banned there. It would be bad for him, I belief he is going to stick to those rules air tight.
Also he is a sneaky little fellow. He buy's a domain for some sites so he gains there trust and popularity.

Evan has been banned from the Hazey before and caused some trouble and then tried to ban evade but Rich let him stay.
Personally i hate him and have wasted so much time dealing with him. Him along with the other young trouble makers will get what they deserve someday soon. While Evan may think he is getting free money, it will all catch up with him one day and he will regret it and he will regret throwing around all his stolen cash like confetti. He is young and doesn't fully understand what he is doing and doesn't understand the consequences of his actions but one day he will get a rude awakening.
The way to deal with these people are by reporting them. Report them to hosts, report them ISPs, report him to paypal (he is too young to have a paypal account anyway) tell other forum owners about him, report him to any forum he is staff of. Also depending on what Evan did to you, the police might be interested also. If these people keep getting reports about the same person, they probably will take action.

I have contacted Richard about evan before I saw he was scamming me about something else to do with him. But I cannot contact him because the scam didn't happen on the hazey.
I could not have said it better, its one of the reasons i created this topic. Evan is not banned on the hazey yet because he didn't break any of the major rules, that if broken cause a ban. I hope he makes a mistake one day and gets banned though. Richazey could ban him but like he has said, he can only act on what the members do on HIS board and not that of other forums.
