Well, the current trend among cynics is to bash prima donnas - so here's more stuff.

The economic recovery has not been kind to millennials. They make less money than previous generations did, they're more likely to be unemployed and they're burning through cash without saving much of it.

Now comes more evidence that the economic odds are stacked against them: Many corporate executives are making no effort to attract workers under age 35, a new survey says. One reason: Millennials are developing a reputation as workplace divas who need more handholding and who will bolt from jobs at the drop of a hat.

O.K. so is all this bashing somewhat or totally true? Can someone provide non-personal examples?

Its both. While I can see the reasoning why it is seen that the 20-35 group goes to and fro, from job to job, but the companies that are offering the jobs, aren't doing too well in making sure they retain their workforce, and actually giving those who deserve a pay increase, said increase in pay.

It really goes both ways. There will always be those who try to cheat the system for a job they technically don't have the experience or college work for, which in turn makes it difficult for those who are qualified, to get the job they technically need based off work experience or college degrees.

Remote working is definitely the future. With more people earning from remote work, streaming, online teaching. This will only get worst and people who avoid physical work would be reality. If AI comes in, it'd have to do physical work I guess in the near future.

I don't think Millennials are too spoiled to work, I think they're too timid to go after jobs they can do because of lack of confidence. I also see a lot of the elderly hanging onto their jobs to keep their healthcare because the system is so bad in the US which means that the younger people can't get moved up to the levels they need to be!!!
