Pros:

• Your forums style, I really like the style that your forum is using, I've seen it before but I've not seen it in action on a live forum before and I don't think many people use it either, but I like it and because not many others use it in a way it's unique, so good choice of style!
• The forum layout and list is really good, it's compact and small but I feel that it would accommodate pretty much anything that your members want to discuss which is great, giving variety to members will encourage them to post more.
• Your stats for now to say that it's been open for about a day is pretty good. They not high stats but for a forum that has started they are pretty good. Keep up the good work on the stats, just one little thing though is that I'd advise your start some more discussion around the board, empty forums will simple mean and empty board, get some discussion going which will give members an idea of what they post about and it will also make them join in with the community.
• Okay, as for staff on your forum, I think you have the right amount really, I don't think anymore should be added just yet and I would give it a few days for the forum to get kick started with more activity but right now it's of decent size and no one is urgently needed at the moment.

Cons:

• Right well I know I said above that the style was good, which it is but a few things to consider is; First of all there are a few little bugs here and there, for example the footer seems to be detached from the rest of the main content area, I don't know if thats a bug or it's meant to be like that but it would look better attached to the rest of the forum.
• Second thing about the whole style situation is even though the current one is a nice style, I think having a second one will first of all give it more uniqueness, it will make the forum give users variety and also give them more freedom to what suits their needs, a second style is always a nice thing to let your users choose from.
• Okay onto the forums logo, I think with a forum like this, it has potential to really take off but I think it would be better to have a more 'high-tech' designed logo rather than the current one as it's too plain I think, which the whole background image that you current have on, the logo would look great if it had the same sort of design on it, in terms of the pattern and a more unique font would make it look extra special as well.
• Right and last of all, the sites content. I think that you may need to start adding content such as faqs or the forums and if possible have some graphics made to advertise the site as right now there isn't much content that the site has to offer. I know it's early days but it's best to be prepared. So more content such as faqs and maybe some advertising graphics would be great and are needed I think.

Final/General Thoughts:
I think in general the forum is really nice and will turn into a really good community in future, just a few little things to think about and change which will help in getting it popular and unique.

What was most liked about the website/forums:
The style is very nice and I like the small layout of forums making it easier to navigate, also having a forum or lots of things is good for getting discussion going.

What was disliked most about the website/forums:
I think that a few more things need to be done in terms of the graphic side of things such as the logo needs spicing up and I think putting some content for users to use would be beneficial.
