Thoughts on Halo 4?

This is a halo thread not battlefield.

Anyways my brother loved the campaign, he plays forge all the time, and he can't get enough of the multiplayer.

How is it like COD? :/

The way the game feels. The weapons, menus, deaths, ect all feel more like black ops over the real halo.

Haha what are you talking about? There were things better about Reach but those were none of them

I Loved Halo 4. I got it on release day and played legendary my first time through the campaign.

The game was great. The graphics were amazing for an xbox 360 game. I thought it got a little repetitive towards the end where I was like, when is this going to end.

In the end, I think 343 did a great job.
I think Halo 3 and Halo Reach are both on the same level as this, if not a bit better.

Its probably because I played on legendary the first time through. I really just wanted to see how it ended because the storyline had me in suspense and that suspense kept killing me to figure what happened. So it was probably a mixture of those things, not just the game.

Overall, the game is a 10/10 for me.

I have a PS3, so I don't own this game, but I played through a lot of it at my friend's house. Really good game, scenery was beautiful, story had me interested, Cortana was a great supporting character, and the new gun noises were more realistic compared to previous Halo games, which I enjoyed. Only complaint about the game is that it seemed like the missions got a bit repetitive. Go press a button. Now go activate this by pressing a button. Would have liked to seen a bit more creativity with the mission objectives.

Overall though, great game. A must-buy if you're a fan of the Halo series.

Halo veteran here. Halo 4 = no bueno. It lacks the true Halo "feel" for many reasons. I am now back to Reach..

Just started playing this recently, the campaign was to short. Enjoying the spartan ops missions and multiplayer. Still prefer the original Halo though.
