Three free things

Supposing the "Free" doesn't have limitations like an evil genie...

• Free rent
• Free groceries
• Free travel

These would ease up a lot of my current stress and would give me a chance to do more of what I want to enjoy.

I'd say it's a no brainer to go with rent, travel, and groceries. That's the vast majority of my expenses. Would I even need a job at that point?

I would go for a free rent. Who doesn't want to stop paying rents? And I would also want a free massage too. If someone pays for me to have my nerves calmed, that person has done noble for me. And free has is very important for me. It is quite expensive in my country.
