It has been storming here quite a bit lately. I like rain, though, so it doesn't bother me.

We haven't had thunder/lightning since last year.

Lately it seems like we have been getting plenty of Lightning. I do enjoy it, but our town have had some past experiences with it that not many like.

Hi Tree, say hello to lightning that will split you in half, so you end up needing to be cut down, when you could still be providing shade.
