Can anyone please give me some tips to better colocate and utilize my adsense ads on my forum?
I have had several days with no earnings and that's crucial for me to pay for some personal things.

Thanks.

Perhaps replace both of those banner ad slots with a 728x90 text and graphics banner. You might also add a banner ad of that size to appear immediately below the last post in every thread.

To be honest, your forum will need to be much busier before you see decent revenue coming from Adsense. The best way for you to increase your revenue would be to sell some low priced ad slots yourself.

That sounds logical. But won't people hate more the site if ads become bigger?

That is something that you will have to come up by yourself.

Some people decide to display ads and some people don't. For example, Forum Promotion displays ads on the top right corner and they don't get clicked very much. However, the administrator doesn't want to display ads all over the forum, and decides to locate them in a place that doesn't bother the users.

That is a bit of a catch 22 problem. Your members may hate them, but if they are well integrated with the site and you don't over do it by putting too many ads on there you should be OK.

As long as you used some of the advertising money for website improvements, web hosting, domain registration, contests, articles, great services like "FP posting services", and improvements to the website for readers to enjoy, most members would not mind ads as much.

Writing a post on what you will use the advertising money for can give members a better idea on how the ad money will be spent on improving your website.

I'm not a fan of website which has tons of ads, but don't hold contests, buy better web hosting, or spend money on a better template, or improvements for the website since it seems all the owner cares about is the money, and not pleasing their members.

Great tips there froggyboy604. Just a little caution is needed in this area if you are using Adsense. You cannot be seen to be "Encouraging Clicks" as outlined in Google Adsense's terms. Scroll down to the "Encouraging Clicks" section.

I'm not saying that your excellent suggestions cannot be followed, just that a little care is needed so that you don't cross the line.

My brother thought he would help with my adsense by clicking them, I was landed when I seen $90 on the screen then they cancelled it and kicked me out. 🙁 then he told me he was clicking them thinking he was helping, I am gutted I made about $20 legitimatly.

To be honest there isn't really any tips for something like this, you just have to have people interested in what the images/links are advertising. Which is why in the past I have offered banner advertising instead of Google Adsense etc..

So changing to another ad program or selling my own ads would be a good idea?
Also considering that Adsense doesn't make PayPal payments, which would help me to pay for all the website maintenace/hosting.
But, it do make payments directly into my bank account and in my currency.
A hard decision.

Selling your own ads can be good for making a few quick bucks like $10-60 USD,per year per link sold, but make sure to make the ad links nofollow like

Code:
<a href=”http://www.google.com” rel=”nofollow”>Google’s Home Page</a>

,or Google might lower your search rankings or penalize your site. Google Adsense is good as long as you follow their "terms of service" and have some traffic.

Adbrite can be a good alternative.

Lets say I have a built in search feature already and I also want to ad googles search adsense feature, am I allowed to have the builtin site search as well as googles adsense search?

I think as long as you do not modify the Google Adsense search javascript and html code, or Adsense code. You'll be fine.

Also, the page has to have content. It is against Adsense Terms of service to paste adsense on blank or no-content pages.
