Well, from what I can see your forum main colour is pink, it could be a silly thing but maybe that is holding back some of your male lurkers...
That aside, I guess it is too keep making threads from time time, interacting with the members you have, so people see the place is going, the admin is interested in it.
Spread the word of your place in many sites that you think potential members like to visit.
I have joined forums because a contest seemed to good to let it go, so maybe you could come up with some sort of irresistible contest (or an easy contest but with a juicy price (not necessarily something that const money) that makes your lurkers consider giving it a try. Many times I stay with a place after registering even if I do bad in the contest because I like the environment, so the important thing is to lure them to create the account and use them a few first times.

It can be hard to get members to be interested in your forum especially if it is new, what I find best is to do the following..
Do post exchanges to help you gain an active set of posts, reply as and where you can so that members see the admin is interested in their forum, submit your forum to search engines, submit to link and forum directories, post your link in your signature in other forums you post on that will allow it.
This is a great way to get your forum known and also gain guests and potential members I have found. Keep your forum updates with fresh new topics on the genre of your forum so that your members have plenty to post on and will keep coming back.

You earn points by posting on forums in return people will earn points by joining your forum.
You can either pay for points or earn them, it is your choice - but it does work to give you a more active looking forum which in turn should make more people use your forum. Use Article Chase as your referrer 😛 if you want 🙂
I know some people disagree with this, but remove the chat box (The one located at the portal http://warriors-of-genesis.forumotion.com/portal ). Theory behind this is that because there is already an easier area to communicate, people will not bother posting.
