Hey my pokemon site which is called Universally Voltage usually has quite a few members that come online every day but I was wondering if anybody could give me some great tips to help make it better. I'm trying to get it out there more, and make it better...I'm even thinking about closing it down for a little while that way I and other staff members could help modify it and make it better..But I thought that I'd get people's from here opinions before I did anything..Therefore whoever tells me how I could improve and give me tips I'd really appreciate it =DD
Try to hold competitions of some sort, that would help people stay active. Or just put up a message saying you are looking for a moderator and that you will be monitoring activity. This might get people to stay active. Later on you should promote someone if you chose to do that.
I am trying to promote my forum as well and finding it realy good fun reading about people in the same situation. In the process I am picking out the best ideas and using them for my site. For example my address is shown below.
Since you are doing a pokemon site why dont you create some interesting stories and tips for other pokemon sites and add your url.
