To simmer or not simmer your brats?

I only ever get brats when they're being sold in food trucks.

I will admit that I honestly thought you meant children when I read the title 😂

When we have anything like bratwurst, we tend to just simmer them and them eat them. Never thought to grill them but now I am quite curious at how much better they may be so may have to try it.

Have to admit, sausages and burgers on a grill are awesome so I can imagine that bratwurst would more than likely be the same.
