I have a few ideas for you;

1.I would add more forums.
2. I would make soime topics in the forums that there are so it would encourage people to make some posts as generally people don't like to mak the 1st post/thread in a few forum.

Ummmm, you can kinda get all that and more from other forums out there. Nothing really unique about it.

And, yeah, it's not wise to start advertising the minute you click "create forum"

get some content started.

I might check it out over time. Sounds interesting and man, I would take the advice that you are given trust me...
Also, I saw you had a part about books, you should check out my forum if you like that kind of thing! You could also have a awesome skin with a toast and jelly theam, now that would be cool!
