What are your thoughts on the killers that don't kill themselves and end up going through the court system to be fed three meals a day for the rest of their lives? Should we continue to let other people do this knowing they will be looked after, or should we punish them on the spot?

When it comes to mass shootings, people beyond help, there should be more....extreme punitive measures taken towards them. When it comes to your more blue collar or minor offense criminals, far more should be done to rehabilitate and re-educate than simply putting them in a cell and giving them a time limit. Most people that commit minor offenses can be rehabilitated and given a fair shot in society. Mass shooters, though, no. They're beyond help, they're pure evil.
Then they plead NGRI which they do because they think they will get away with it.
Unfortunately true in a fair few cases.
Or in the case of the mosque shooter... he was going to take the prison guards to court for not giving him a TV..
Yeah, that's like the one in Norway suing because his private suite wasn't luxurious enough for him.
Free meals, laundry done, roof over their head... what more do they want?
Agreed, they do horrible, horrible things and live for free...can't ask for more
Becoming such an issue. it's just a normal occurrence to hear and see mass shootings anymore. I really just think these people need to be put in prison who do them. Most end up ending their own lives so they don't end up in prison. We need to look into the parents too if it ends up being a minor, hell even the family in general.
